What would be the best plug-in for Contest with public voting in two categories - best design and best functionality - everyone can give 1 to 5 stars in both categories…

I want to held a contest for report creators. They submit their work in topic and share link with friends. Friends can come in forum and vote for them. Based on voting there will be 1 winner with sum of average votes in 2 categories.

Any suggestions?
