My dashboard uses /admin/dashboard.json to get Discourse version data and indicate when an update is needed. It gets the Discourse update time from /admin/dashboard/general.json

I’m surprised that only the ones from 9-10 days ago have critical updates. Is it the case that sometime between 13 and 10 days ago those security issues were added to the code? If that’s the case, then, well, that makes total sense.
