I have observed that the Foundation theme on Meta has significantly improved. The font size has been optimized for smartphone screens, a vibrant ‘New Topic’ button has been introduced, and numerous interface icons have been refined, among other enhancements. My question is: when can we expect these updates to be rolled out to all users? Thank you.

You can enable it manually on your site using the Modernize foundation theme upcoming change from the upcoming changes menu.
I’m not sure there’s a timeline for a global rollout yet but it does not look like it’s all that close (usually a notice is added to the upcoming change when it’s becoming final soon)
