Where has the "don't go to bottom of topic after reply" checkbox gone?

Will disable_jump_reply make a return?

It looks like disable_jump_reply has been removed, as it was apparently “broken”. This was a useful feature! Do you plan to bring it back, in any form, in the future? Thanks,
