Wo platziere ich sitemap.xml?

Hi,

Where can I place my robots.txt and sitemap.xml? I went ahead and placed them in /var/discourse but they cannot be read by google or bing.

Discourse manages the sitemap, you can’t manually upload a file.

As I said you can’t upload a sitemap. There is a plugin:

Aber das ist eigentlich nicht notwendig.

Wenn es nicht benötigt wird, warum ist es dann so?
Die Frage ist nicht zufällig, denn die Seiten sind nach einem 3-monatigen Google-Test im Vergleich zu anderen Foren-CMS schlecht indiziert. Was könnte der Grund dafür sein?

Seiten, die bei Google schlecht ranken, sind fast immer Seiten mit schlechten und nicht einzigartigen Inhalten.
