What is the level at which people can post to closed topics?

Tl4. Any body that’s able to close a topic is able to reply to closed topics. So a tl0 with cat mod is still able to view it

That’s frustratingly easy to do if you’re not paying attention. :frowning: We end up with people walking through walls they didn’t even notice were there.

There is a theme component to want people replying to closed topics
