Pourquoi y a-t-il des bulles qui clignotent autour de mon avatar ?

It shows when you have not visited the Rewind page. I struggled to get rid of it as well, and once I did visit “Rewind” (which I love BTW) I can’t find a way to get the link or the effect back.
