I edit the about categoriey ，but the discription dosen’t display immediately.I must reboot VPS，and then the discription will display.

I tested it on the latest version and can still reproduce it.
To fix it, editing/saving the category works for me.
On a side note, I’m unsure why newline/emoji are ignored. Was it always like that or am I missing something?
