Why is my theme dark?

Why is my theme dark? Even though I selected the light theme, it goes dark.

Is your browser or device in dark mode? That can sometimes have an effect.

When I try it in different browsers, it looks dark. I did a fresh install.

but the user can light theme from her profile.
I want to dominate the website. I just want a light theme
