I just replied to a new topic on my site. A few minutes later, I went back to make a correction. But there was no visible icon I could find that invoked edit mode. The wrench icon did not include an “Edit post” choice.
I have full admin status, so I don’t think it is for lack of authority. My site allows for edits up to 30 days after posting (I think), so even if I was past the editing grace period of 5 minutes, there still should be a visible way to edit the post, no?
you shouldn’t need the wrench admin menu to edit your own posts, just the pencil icon. is the pencil hidden in the post menu hidden items (3-dots) below your post?
is it just that particular post or all your posts?
