Not talking about tags
I’m talking about something like Spoiler , theory etc .. that could help a user decide investing in reading the title or not.

Why can’t you use tags for that?
Because there would be hundreds of tags but only few labels.
This is like Xenforo’s Thread Prefix system. A restricted set of admin-controlled labels that go at the front of thread titles.
An example might be a recycle/swap sub-forum with “Wanted, Offered, Taken, Found” prefixes.
