Actualizo, creo que el dominio debatehosting.co esta como bloqueado por el ssl, probe en otro funciono todo normal que debo de hacer

Wait for one week when you are no longer rate limited then rebuild again, or simple try to use a subdomain like www

please check the correct solution. someone else solved this for you by telling you what to investigate, otherwise your site would still be broken. it also helps others who might have a similar install issue and read this topic later.
