I see work ‘work’ (in the very broadest sense, paid or otherwise) as the key means of engaging meaningfully.

I co-founded Ethos along with Tony and Annabelle in 1999 when we were all working in consulting for EY.

Ethos has conducted 1,000s of experiments into how humans can work with one another more successfully and harmoniously.
