This is also reproducible outside of Meta.

Thanks for reporting it! this should be fixed now, but let me know if you can still reproduce the issue.

I’ve made a minor update to the theme component that forces it to always appear above the toggle. I believe the issue was that it was attempting to render below sometimes, which was forcing the sidebar to be too tall.

The issue is mostly gone now, the sidebar just shakes kinda weirdly when you do the original repro steps again now, before settling slightly to the left of where it should be. (On Chrome)
