Hi there. I am creating a fresh install of Discourse on AWS EC2 with Ubuntu 16.04LTS. Unfortunately i am running into this issue: `Error connecting to Redis on localhost:6379 (Errno::ECONNREFUSED) subscribe failed, reconnecting in 1 second. Call stack ["/var/www/discourse/vendor/bundle/ruby/2.5.0/…

Is this a standard install created with discourse-setup?

Yes, I followed this INSTALL guide: https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/docs/INSTALL-cloud.md

I just did a clean install on 16.04.5 without any problems. Do you have at least 1GB of ram? (Oh, I guess so, or discourse-setup would have complained). Does ./discourse-doctor provide any clues?

I can verify that same problem occurs on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
