DiscoTOC - automatic table of contents

I installed the DiscoTOC 2.1.0 theme component, but the option to generate a TOC isn’t showing up under the “+” in the composer dialog. I’m on Discourse 3.6.0.beta1-dev. In the “+” menu I see Quote whole post, Insert table, Hide details, Insert date/time, Add footnote, Build poll, and Blur spoiler.

Are there any other “won’t work with” scenarios? This site has the “Custom Header Links” theme component and a several plugins.

So far I tried it on a wiki topic post and a non-wiki topic post.
