In a flag approved pm with a staff member here on Meta, the post has staff colour applied automatically (normal), and the user’s title has a background colour as that of the post (!). The user’s title is also clickable, leading to the Team group (!!).
Is this the work of this feature, or something else? That guide doesn’t show the titles being highlighted.
