mission: a plugin to let users choose their interests and then automatically mute / follow categories.
problem: We have many different categories, and our users don’t want to follow them all, and it’s not easy to explain to novices how to mute uninteresting categories
solution:
Discord has now a very easy and powerful onboarding panel, where community managers define roles / interests, and the channels are enabled / muted.
We need something like this. To be easily recalled to reconfigure own setup.
It could also be a tree with all categories and an easy way to follow / normal follow / mute them.
what do you think? didn’t anybody already tried a solution?
