This feels like something that is mostly in your benefit, not so much for the members. It’s like those “this email is only intended for the recipient” messages that large corporations have in their footer. It makes the email immediately feel impersonal. Personally, I would fight tooth and nail to prevent that from appearing prominently in my community.
Yeah, this is a fair one when you have sensitive audiences.
Overall: I think that most people now kind of understand how UGC works, especially the type of people that will actually read your disclaimer.
