Ah, es porque si pegas un color hexadecimal con el símbolo #, simplemente te lo ignorará silenciosamente. Entonces dirá “Deshacer” y desactivará el botón Guardar para la paleta. Tienes que pegar el hexadecimal sin el símbolo #.
