It might be a problem specific to the #calendar-and-event plugin (which would explain why nobody has complained about it before).
Our config has Upcoming linking to our dedicated Events category, and the other one to our site calendar.
Our use case is attempting to tie together our events list and calendar nicely as the plugin doesn’t really provide that as is.
