I am using custom user fields and want to be able to see a list of users who have a value for “LinkedIn”, how could I go about doing that?

If the custom field is searchable (set in the custom field settings) then you can search for it, including on the user directory page.

Or you can create a data explorer query to pull a list out, if you have the plugin installed.
