This is partly inspired by: Show a preview of the email that will be sent when rejecting users
Add a Preview button (or toggle) to the Revise modal:
so that the moderator can see the full (body) content of the email that will be sent out, including the relevant output of the templates:
system_messages.reviewable_queued_post_revise_and_reject.text_body_template
system_messages.reviewable_queued_post_revise_and_reject_new_topic.text_body_template
This would give moderators a clearer picture of what’s included in the rejection email.
Currently, the moderator may otherwise enter text in the Feedback field that doesn’t align or duplicates what is in the template, for example entering:
Hi Janet,
This is a duplicate of x post.
Best wishes,
John
unaware that the resulting email would be something like this:
Hi Janet,
We've reviewed your post in Test Topic and have some feedback for you.
Reason: Duplicate post
Hi Janet,
This is a duplicate of x post.
Best wishes,
John
