Did that slow load cause you to think something had gone wrong, or did you expect a delay?

MailGun is often slow to load initally, but once your in their interface, performs well

support didn’t get back to me, so the doctor is correct in saying my MailGun account isn’t activated yet

Was the lack of response from Mailgun the main factor that pushed you toward Brevo?

Yea, i would imagine most people setting up discourse would want it to work as it should, immediately

Had you already used SSH keys before, or was this your first time generating and loading one into DigitalOcean?

This was actually my first time doing it with Windows, the instructions on digital ocean appear to be for Mac or Linux (Mint)?

Do you think adding redirects for common misspellings is worth it for most self-hosters, or more of a nice-to-have?

i think in the case of “physics year 2”, someone could easily write “year 2 physics” and mean the same thing

How did you figure out that this didn’t actually matter for your setup?

Haha, i didn’t, because that setting was correct when Brevo worked. I don’t know whether to make a topic in Bug about that.

copy from sample configuration to i’m ready for container to be made/bootstrapped becuase of me

Did you find the mail-receiver sample configuration clear enough, or did you have to experiment to get it working?

i don’t remember needing to enable both manual polling and email-in in the UI previously. Unfortunately my other screen recording took a photo of the screen rather than a video, so not much use
