Just a quick heads-up for anyone following along:
With this commit the importer now logs when the reset-bump-date fallback is invoked (in cases where bypass_bump is not accepted).
Important: if that fallback is used, the API key must belong to an individual staff user (e.g. a bot account that’s an admin or moderator). A key set to “All users” won’t have permission to call /t/:topic_id/reset-bump-date.
