Discourse GIFs TC에서 GIF를 추가할 때 왜 app event 대신 toolbarEvent를 사용하지 않나요?

I think discourse-gifs does it like this because the Modal is also launched from outside the toolbar:

javascripts/discourse/components/gif-button.gjs

If your new thing is entirely toolbar-based, then I agree toolbarEvents is the cleaner way to go
