I18N: Improve Rewind translations by removing difficult pronouns

This addresses translation difficulties with "they/them/their" pronouns which do…n't have gender-neutral equivalents in many languages (e.g. German). Changes: - Chat Activity section: Removed `_others` translation variants for messages. The chat window UI context (with the owner's avatar and username label) makes it clear that "you" refers to the Rewind owner, not the viewer.
