Does the Discourse source code support AI modes and AI overviews?

Dear!

I have this question because, with the explosion of AI, many source codes have upgraded their code to support AI overviews and AI modes for various AI platforms like Google Gemini, LLMs, Perplexity, Cloud, ChatGPT, xAI, etc. I wonder if the Discourse development team has upgraded their source code to include these features?

Currently, I see that the latest version of the Discourse source code doesn’t fully support this. I would greatly appreciate a response from the Discourse development and administration team.

Thank you Team!

You can create different LLMs here:

And then I believe create different personas using those LLMs.

Unless I am misunderstanding this?

Can you explain what you mean by

and

?

Not sure exactly what you mean by those very generic terms

Essentially, my wish is for articles on websites using the Discourse open-source code to support AI Mode, AI overviews, etc., from Gemini, Cloude, Chatgpt, Perplexity, and others.

You still haven’t explained what you mean by those terms…

Could you elaborate on ‘AI Mode’ and ‘AI overviews’? Thanks.

Discourse already support those very well, assuming you are talking about these:

Thank you for understanding my point. What I really wanted to ask was whether the Discourse source code supports AI Mode and AI overviews for AIs like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.?

Can you phrase that in a different way? Can you show other examples where this is the case? What is required to support that?

I note there are already AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md & GEMINI.md files if you are referring to that?

Just take a look: GitHub - discourse/discourse: A platform for community discussion. Free, open, simple.
