I understand that what happened was your repeated attempts to generate credentials hit the rate limits on Let’s Encrypt. That is not the same as ‘SSL blocked my domain’.
You can always use another SSL certificates provider (paid) or wait for the release of this limit. It’s all about keeping the (free) service available to everyone.
