Ao visitar uma publicação em um tópico com votação, e a primeira publicação não estiver carregada, por exemplo, /t/topic/2/10, o estilo do plugin falhou ao carregar, fazendo com que o botão de votação sobreponha o texto da publicação na visualização móvel.
Este commit altera o conector para topic-above-posts em vez de topic-above-posts-stream, para que o estilo seja carregado normalmente.
Também foram adicionadas algumas especificações para evitar regressões.

When visiting a post in a post-voting topic without the first post loaded (e.g. … `/t/topic/2/10`), the `post-voting-topic` body class was never added, so the plugin's topic-level styles didn't apply. This happened on every viewport. It was most visible on mobile, where the voting buttons overlapped the post text.

The class was added from the `topic-above-post-stream` outlet, which is hidden when content above the first post is hidden. This change moves the connector to `topic-above-posts`, which always renders with the post stream.
Also added an acceptance test to prevent regressions.
