A user reported a regression where the “Add to Calendar” feature no longer includes the topic URL in the event description, despite this functionality being added two years ago. nathank highlighted that having a link from the calendar back to the relevant topic is highly useful and requested it be restored if the change wasn’t intentional. In response, martin confirmed the omission was likely not deliberate and stated they would add the feature back.
I just added this awesome looking webinar to my Google calendar using the inbuilt functionality.
I love the slick new UI. However, there seems to be a regression in that a link to the Event Topic is no longer included in the description. This was added 2 years ago:

If this wasn’t a deliberate decision, could that please be added back in? It is super useful to have a path from the user’s email calendar back to the relevant Topic.
