I confirmed this is still the case. When the must approve users admin setting is enabled, the topic Share button loses its Invite button. So users can’t invite existing users to topics in this way which does work when the setting is disabled. (Well they can, but they have to copy the link and get it to the invitee that way somehow)
I am curious to know how many people use the invite system in this way. Is it common?
