Need support to install Discourse on Cloud server

User shim is seeking help to host Discourse on their Google Cloud server, despite being unfamiliar with Ruby. zogstrip suggested following the installation guide on GitHub, skipping the server creation part.

After confirming compatibility with Google Cloud, shim asked if someone could install it for them. pfaffman tested the installation process and reported success. pfaffman then offered a custom installation service, requiring an Ubuntu server setup and SSH key installation, for a fee.

And discovered that its a free source software and love it more can anyone help me host it on my server?
I’m not familiar with ruby but I’m looking forward to learning it… I got the files from GitHub and I have no idea on how host it… on my server

Follow this guide  (skip the “Create New Cloud Server” part since you already have a server)

thank you very much … i wanted to host it om My Google cloud!!
would that work?

It should. I’m about to test it for myself, but I’m 99.9999% sure it’ll work just fine.

EDIT: I did just test it. Figuring out how to set up a server was confusing, but once I did, it worked just fine.
