In the Discourse Math plugin topic, the list of tags is quite long (as in character count), so in the header, the math tag is cut off and is supposed to show 3 dots after the plug icon, like so:
However, the 3 dots moves up, and the behaviour above actually only shows for a split second.
Instead, this is what happens:
As you can see, the 3 dots moves above the included-in-core tag in the header.
