Last year @blake moved the backend storage to the DB.
I think there is only one place though now that nukes feeds and it would be the update:
Particularly if “feed_settings” are set to nothing some how, so maybe a human is involved here?
How often has this happened?
Regardless though this update is a little risky cause it attempts to update everything at once and does not delta updates.
Could this be some automation you have that is sending a [] nothing and not sending in the entire state when it is updating feeds?
