Trying to add target="_blank" in a global notice, yet every time I save it, the target="_blank" is removed. Is this a bug or a feature? The goal is to have a external link in the global notice open in a new tab instead of in the current tab.

Iām not sure but maybe Discourse removes target="_blank" from global notices for security reasons.
