Href is not working in the global-notice banner

I’m working on a few templates for the global notice banner, but the href does not work. I can see that the color changed for this <a> tag, but nothing happens when I click the link. Is that a bug or a feature?

Are you referring to the “emergency” banner? a hrefs worked there last I checked.

Thanks! It works now. I think the macbook notes app is placing the wrong " sign.

You may be right! It’s likely “quote” instead of "quote".
