Используйте hub.fastgit.org вместо github.com для быстрого клонирования. Fastgit.org — это прокси-сайт GitHub в Китае.

Fastgit

  1. Выполните git remote set-url origin https://hub.fastgit.org/SettingDust/discourse_docker_china в каталоге, где находится launcher.
  2. Выполните ./launcher rebuild app, и launcher обновится для использования hub.fastgit.org.

fastgit перешел на fastgit.xyz. Команды для выполнения должны быть следующими:
git remote set-url origin https://hub.fastgit.xyz/SettingDust/discourse_docker_china

Fastgit, похоже, не работает.
