Un utente non può accedere a causa di un problema CSP

Da un po’ di tempo un utente non riesce ad accedere al forum.
Ha un problema CSP:

Per essere precisi, non ho mai configurato alcuna CSP e l’ho lasciata configurata di default:

Sembra un problema specifico del browser dell’utente.

Lo script in questione (con hash sha256-8uAKDaK4QxxCeYZl0Wxad2Nnj2tgKyA14hYBh66pnn0=) è già presente nella CSP.

Quando visito il sito non vedo errori CSP.
