Ability to merge replies with original post in a topic

I agree with you post. I didn’t know about this feature request and I want to add my vote that it’s important. I’d created a topic post before seeing your post:

Moderator/admin unable to merge second post with OP

Hi Why is it not possible to merge the second post with the topic post if the user who created the topic post and the second post is the same user?
