I’m reading about fediverse. I don’t really understand the concept.
I have a gamer forum. How can this help improve my community? I need to publish all my posts in the fediverse?
I also saw that people use a custom domain. It is possible?

Activitypub is a protocol that we can install our instance to provide categories or posts on multi instances inside fediverse so if your topic was deleted today another instance will keep it
But best ones side this protocol its the fact to share with other websites without necessary creating an account outside here
