Add a default setting for Chat email notifications

Hello JammyDodger.
How to set the “Email Notifications” to “Never” for every user at once?
I can’t find the setting.

I’m afraid there isn’t currently a way to set a different default for that user preference. I’ve slipped this over to Contribute > UX for consideration.

We need this also. We’re using chat for a chatbot and it’s annoying when you get email notifications about the chatbot replying.

We need this feature as well. It’s annoying for our users to receive the chat summary. Maybe it’s a good idea to add a default settings of the chat email notifications as default email level and default email message level.
