모바일에서 부트스트랩 모드 안내 조정

Hello,

Recently, the Bootstrap Mode notice was moved to the header. I personally really like this on desktop.

However, on mobile, it seems to span 2 lines.

I’m not sure what a good fix to this would be, maybe making it longer? It currently doesn’t look very good when it spans 2 lines.

Do we even need to display this button on mobile? How about we just not show it except on desktop.
