Did you upgrade the data container? You should, but first, see PostgreSQL 15 update. Or, if you really hate reading, just run ./laumcher rebuild data twice and you should be OK. Then you’ll need to destroy, start the web container (otherwise it’ll look for the old data container that you will have destroyed).
