Try to check “verbose localization” setting.
If it’s turned on and you have zh_CN language - Discourse will show the names of the field to translate.
Or try to set the interface language to fully supported by Discourse.

For any other sites running into similar issues, it looks like this issue can happen when the site’s domain name is behind a Cloudflare proxy. Disabling the proxy should solve the issue.
