/admin UI nav.nav-pills に機能しない水平スクロールバーがあります

Hi there, I think this issue is new since upgrading to 3.3.0 (stable branch). There is always a horizontal scrollbar below the nav nav-pills items even when the viewport is wide enough to make it inactive:

This happens with Firefox and Chromium.
