AI Bot icon doesn't show up when I enable the AI Bot

I’ve been trying to follow the instructions here:

I’ve enabled the plugin, enabled the AI bot, and enabled the AI helper. I think I have it all configured. But I don’t see the bot icon in the upper right. And I don’t see a helper button in the composer. I’m not sure what else to do. Could someone help me figure out why the AI plugin modules aren’t showing up?

The problem was I used the everyone group which apparently doesn’t work.
