Allow multiple ‘new topic’ drafts

We did discuss this recently, I think @chapoi had some mockups for it.

It is not at the top of our list, but it is something we are tracking.

The secure upload bug is also something we do want to resolve.

We’re excited to share that you can now save multiple drafts, making it easier and more efficient to write in Discourse! Sometimes, you need to take a break or switch projects when writing a new topic or composing a reply.
