本插件允许用户在私聊中提及 @admins。该标签会向管理员群组中的所有管理员发送通知。

It might make sense to rename it “allow PM mentions” particulally for new communities who were never aware of the pre 2.2 loophole where this worked.

Updated for 2.3.1 - As there was an issue where user to user tags didn’t work when the plugin was running on Discourse 2.3.1.
Tested and working with the latest version as of 01.10.2019.
