Wie Linca sagte, kann ein zweiter Wiederaufbau oft einen Anstoß geben und einige Dinge beheben. :crossed_fingers:

Obwohl es sich um eine „Oops“-Seite handelt, finden Sie möglicherweise auch weitere Details in Ihren /logs, falls es irgendwo einen Konflikt gibt.

Der abgesicherte Modus ist ebenfalls einen Versuch wert. Dies kann helfen, das Problem auf ein Plugin oder eine Theme-Komponente einzugrenzen, die Sie dann deaktivieren können, während Sie herausfinden, was genau das Problem ist.

Leider hat mich der abgesicherte Modus direkt zur gleichen Fehlermeldung zurückgebracht. Irgendwelche Vorschläge für die nächsten Schritte?

Können Sie mitteilen, welche Plugins die Website installiert hat? Möglicherweise können wir eines identifizieren, das bekannte Probleme aufweist.

Ohne zusätzliche Details aus Protokollen oder dem abgesicherten Modus zu erhalten, würde ich versuchen, einen Neuaufbau durchzuführen, um zu sehen, ob sich dadurch etwas löst. Sie könnten auch alle inoffiziellen Plugins aus der app.yml entfernen (und dann neu aufbauen), da diese oft die wahrscheinlichsten Schuldigen sind, wenn der abgesicherte Modus nicht hilft.

Es gibt jedoch auch den abgesicherten Modus für die Admin-Anmeldung, falls etwas daran, dass die Website eine Anmeldung erfordert, den normalen Pfad des abgesicherten Modus behindert. Wenn Sie /u/admin-login an die Adresse Ihrer Website anhängen und dann eine Admin-E-Mail-Adresse eingeben sowie die Option für den abgesicherten Modus aktivieren, erhalten Sie einen Anmeldelink, der möglicherweise an dem Problem vorbeikommt, das gerade auftritt. Ein langer Schuss, aber möglicherweise immer noch ein Schuss. :slight_smile:

Leider hat die Admin-Anmeldung nicht funktioniert.

Ich kann auf das Backend beim Hoster, Digital Ocean, zugreifen, aber es ist eine Terminalzeile Ubuntu und ich habe keine Ahnung, was ich dort tun soll.

Ich helfe einem Freund und sie hat keine Ahnung, welche Plugins installiert sind. Ich erinnere mich, dass es nicht viele gab; Chat und vielleicht ein oder zwei andere.

EDIT: Sieht so aus, als hätte ich Ihre Website früher verwaltet. Ich baue sie jetzt neu auf. Sie mussten auch das PostgreSQL 15 Update durchführen; das habe ich auch gemacht.

cd /var/discourse
./launcher rebuild app

Das sollte es beheben. Es dauert etwa 10 Minuten. Wenn nicht, prüfen Sie, ob die Festplatte voll ist oder ob Sie Swap benötigen.

df -h
free -h

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass Sie Swap hinzufügen müssen.

I’m having the same issue as the OP – I tried to upgrade via the UI, but it failed and knocked the site offline.

I’ve been trying to update via the terminal (AWS), but the /launcher rebuild app hangs after about a half hour or so and simply won’t progress any further.

I’ve let it run overnight, but no joy. In fact, it seems to lock the instance and I have to restart it through the AWS console to even be able to connect again.

I thought maybe I didn’t have enough room to rebuild, but doubling the the EBS didn’t seem to help.
